Diego Sens is a founding partner of Figueiredo Sens and has been working directly with corporate law issues for more than 10 years. The partner's areas of expertise are international law, contract law, wealth management and M&A.
Sens’ practice is focused on out-of-court, advisory, preventive matters and includes extensive experience in management and strategy creation in commercial contracts. On a day to day basis, Diego participates in negotiations between companies and actively plays a role supervising M&A and financing transactions and in strategy creating in succession and business planning.
